PhysioMyDog Comes to You! Therapy sessions held in the convenience of your own home.  Ideal if your dog is anxious of new places, it's hard to move them due to their mobility, you have family commitments etc. 

*I cover 12 mile radius of Frome, on the Somerset/Wiltshire border and limited availability in Woking, Surrey and surrounding areas.  Anything further than 12 miles from Frome/Woking will incur a small mileage charge.  Please contact me for further information. 

I'm regularly at Happy Landings Animal Shelter near Shepton Mallet so if your pet is having a holiday, let me know and I can help them feel special during their stay.

In accordance with the Veterinary Surgeons Act 1966 and Exemption Order 1962, I will always seek vet permission to treat your animal.​  I can contact your vet directly or you can download a form here and email or print off for them.

Privacy Notice

The personal data I collect about you will include data relating to your name and address and the health and history of your animal.  This data will be securely stored for up to 7 years and will only be used by myself for communication with you.  It will be used as a record of your animal and any changes that may occur in their health, well-being or performance.  You may have access to it, and have the right to ask it to be erased.  Should you have a complaint, you have the right to request contact details of the supervising authority/association in order to lodge this.  Information will only be shared with the animal's vet or other professionals as requested by you and the animal's vet.
